HYPERHYDROSIS

Hyperhydrosis (Excessive sweating) is a common, yet embarrassing problem for many people. The most commonly treated areas are underarms and foreheads however; palms of the hands and soles of the feet can also be treated.

A protein produced by the bacteria clostridium Botulinum is injected into the affected area and is extremely effective for the treatment of excessive sweating. The protein injected prevents the nerve signal reaching the sweat gland and therefore stops the sweat gland producing sweat.

A significant reduction in sweating will be noticed within 14 days with the effects lasting up to 10 months.
